One of the many examples of graffiti art along the graffiti wall in St. Louis. It is the flood barrier that runs from south of the arch for a few miles. Full of interesting art and is a place for people to leave their mark.
This shot is at Henry's Rabbit Ranch in Staunton Illinois, on old Route 66. Rich, who runs the place is great to talk to and has a lot of stories to tell. We drove the route from Livingston to Springfield with a few stops along the way. Hopefully sometime we'll drive the entire Illinois route to Chicago.
Ian and I were out at Silver Lake in Highland when we came across these giant mushrooms in a small field. They must have been at least 6 inches high above the grass. A few more photos of the mushrooms and the rest of my Sunday adventures up on my Flickr page.
