Rush!

Saw Rush last night here in St. Louis. A fantastic show as usual by the band. This was my sixth time seeing them live and it was as good as ever. Took my son, a co-worker and his son to the show. They've all just recently become fans of the band and walked away from the show as even bigger fans. The crowd was good and the weather cooperated last night. Again an awesome night. Until the next tour...

Back from shopping in St. Louis. The Soulard market was packed. We also need a Trader Joe's on the Illinois side of the river.

Looks like it is going to be a really nice day outside.

Just a few more minutes....

I think it's time to get some sleep. We'll be up early tomorrow to hit the Soulard market for some fresh produce.

Salsa and chips....mmmmmmm. The dog thinks so too.

Still haven't gotten up to go outside. The skeeters are probably out any way.

I should do something outside right now. Looks like a really nice evening.

Sportscaster Jim McKay dies at 86

A voice from my childhood has passed away. I remember as a kid watching Wide World Of Sports and hearing Jim's unmistakable voice. I recently watched a documentary about the man. A true professional and all round good man. RIP Jim.
